October- Disneyland

What a magical month October was for our family. We started out the month with a trip to Disneyland! Mickey and Goofy called our house on a Tuesday to tell our kids how excited they were for them to come and visit (our kids had no idea we were going to Disneyland) and we flew out Thursday morning. Our kids were sooo excited that Mickey was calling them on the phone that they didn't even hear what Mickey & Goofy said. When we told them we were heading to Disneyland they were super excited jumping and running around the house hugging each other. It was priceless! We had such an amazing trip! We were able to do and see so many new things this visit then the times before. The park was decorated for Halloween and it was adorable! Since this was Keegan's first trip to Disneyland I was so excited to see him experience all of the fun rides and characters. We went all day long for four days, from 7am-12am every day. We were exhausted by the time we came home. We were able to see the amazing World of Color, Fantasmic, 2 character breakfasts one at Goofy's Kitchen and one with Minnie & friends, we attended Mickey's Halloween trick or treat party (our family went as the characters from Peter Pan), we were picked as the Honorary Family of the day for the opening of Toontown where we stood up in front of the crowd wearing "Honorary Family" sashes, lead the oath, and received a special certificate. We watched the super cute Soundsational Parade, watched the Aladdin musical, talked with Crush (Crush had a cute little conversation with Keeg and gave him the name "Kowabunga Keegan"). We went on all the rides we could fit in. There is nothing like going into the "Haunted Mansion" when it's all decorated for Halloween, kind of eery! We saw the most amount of characters this trip than any other and they were dressed in their cute little Halloween costumes. We had soo many wonderful moments and experiences with this trip! It was by far our best Disneyland trip yet!! However...my poor husband forgot our camera with all of our pictures on the airplane. Even though Delta called us after we landed they are unable to find our camera. So sad to lose all of those precious pictures:( Thank goodness for the few that we had on our photopasses!
